School to School Support

We offer school to school support to schools who are not part of INMAT. We know that it can be difficult to find the right support to meet your needs. Given the wealth of experience that we have, we are sure we can find the right person within INMAT to help.

What can we offer?

Bespoke support and guidance based on your needs, or annual School Improvement Partner packages.
Highly experienced and competent leaders and teachers who have made a significant difference to school improvement, including moving schools from inadequate to good.
Knowledge and experience of designing and implementing complete or part curriculums. Including for phonics, writing, reading, mathematics, the foundation subjects and PSHE.
Knowledge of what makes an effective curriculum, and how this helps children to learn.
What effective teaching and learning looks like, and how to implement a culture of reflective professional development.
How to set expectations and establish a culture to manage behaviour and low-level disruption.
Leadership for sustained improvement. Tackling challenges and maintaining change.
The effective use of data to help you know your school and pupils, including understanding its strengths and limitations of data.
