Wellbeing at INMAT

We take the health and wellbeing of our team very seriously. It is a critical part of our strategic aim to ensure we are creating opportunities for our staff to enhance their health & wellbeing, as well as simply being there for them when they need us.

We subscribe to two services that enable us to give the best support possible.

SAS Health & Wellbeing Services

INMAT staff do not need to be absent from work to access SAS’s physical and mental health services. All services are confidential, clinical-led and managed by NMC registered nurses. We encourage our team to make use of the fantastic range of services on offer.

Employee Assistance Programme by Health Assured

EAP helps our employees deal with personal problems that might adversely impact their work performance, health and wellbeing. The service is also available to co-habiting partners, and dependants who are in full time education or who live at home, between the ages of 16 and 24. EAP offers a range of services including:

Critical incident advice and telephone support
Online health portal and access to the Wisdom App
Relationship management support and usage reporting
Management support line and counselling
Manager support guides
